Does Intel G41 Express Chipset supports OpenGL 2.0?

Does Intel G41 Express Chipset supports OpenGL 2.0? Can it be upgradable the opengl version is 1.1 is it possible to upgrade to 2.0?

OpenGL support would be a driver thing. Intel has Windows 7 drivers. Anything newer than that is a Microsoft driver in the OS.
