Does Intel H81 motherboard compatible with i5-3570K?

I recently purchased a MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel H81 motherboard for 30 bucks at Newegg.com. It's a good deal. However, I want to know if Intel H81 chipset compatible with my Intel Core i5-3570K. Apparently I know MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel H81 motherboard supports the 4th generation of Intel processors but I am not sure if it will compatible with 3rd generation.

Nope 3570k is a socket 1155 processor that is a 1150 board.

and if you want to overclock said processor it needs to be a Z77 chipset (will have Z77 in the title somewhere)
