yes or no ?

i heard that more powerful gpu's than Radeon 4850 or geforce GTS 250/9800GTX+ will bottleneck in pci-e 1.0 mobos. and i saw that many members of this forum use more powerful gpu's than Radeon 4850 or geforce GTS 250/9800GTX+ in P35 chipset. so, does p35 supports pci-e 2.0 ??

thanks.

nah, i didn't asked that. but thanks for the reply. i'm using a 9600GT which is PCI-E 2.0 gpu in G965 chipset which does not support pci-e 2.0.

i need to know that if p35 chipset support pci-e 2.0 or not ?

Does it support PCI-E 2.0? No, but really there will be NO difference. PCI-E 1.1 will not bottleneck a 2.0 card, especially not a 9600GT. The only performance penalty will be in numbers, throughput, GFLOPS and such, in other words THEORETICAL performance, in games and other graphical applications there will be no difference in performance.
