If you mean your routers ip that it gets from the net then yes that will change. If you mean the routers own ip maybe depending on the new router or what you set it to. If you mean your pc's ip then depending if you made it static or not that can change at every restart.
If you mean the mac adress then that's a whole other story.

yes, as you may be on a different section of your ISP network unless it's a static IP, it may change if you use DHCP on the home network and have small IP pool and enough devices connecting to force it to rotate IP address leases.
