In GPU-bound titles no way, in some CPU-bound titles most certainly, although not much. It all depends on what games you play and at what settings.

Every computer bottlnecks in every task. Be it a $150 chrome book or a $10,000 super duper gaming computer. That setup should work well. Don't read that whole post just the original post.

There is no discrete answer to this question with the little information provided of your scenario. Any CPU can bottleneck any GPU, and vice versa. It all depends on the game, point of gameplay within the game, resolution, graphical quality, and your framerate goal to determine if any present bottlenecking actually affects you.
