Is there any such thing as a Site, or company or WHATEVER - That you can pick all of your parts, like say i chose these parts : https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ ( I already bought the i7 4790k,that link is an example)

Then I would click something, pay for the parts then they would make the computer FOR me then ship it out?

Look at Puget, Maingear and maybe Cyber Power. You will pay big though.

Not that I've seen. There are companies that let you customize your build, limited to parts they allow you to select from their stock.

Yea mostly above. Custom PC builders is what i'd search for.

I'd recommend building it yourself though so you know whats going on. Fair enough if you don't have the time but say if something did go wrong you'd have a fair idea what to do or how to go about things.
