I am trying to pair 3200mhz memory with an intel i5 8500 cpu, I took a look at z390 motherboards and no z390 motherboard is available in any shops in my country, I do not want to buy a used motherboard, does anyone know other motherboards that support 9th and 8th gen cpu s and also 3200mhz memory?

Z370 but also not likely to find a new one as like the Z390 they have been out of production for awhile.

Every Z370 chipset does.
E.g here's one from MSI: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z370-GAMING-PLUS/Specification

H370, at max, supports 2666 Mhz.

Edit:
Brand new Z370 is very rare and if you do find one, you'll pay an arm and a leg.
E.g ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming, at 675 bucks,
amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075RHWCC4

With that kind of money, going with latest CPU-MoBo combo, that supports DDR4, is far cheaper.

The thing is I want to change my motherboard for 3200mhz memory, just for that, I will get a new cpu cooler, the cryorig h7 quad lumi, should I just not change my motherboard just for faster memory, just get the cooler and the gpu(rx6600)

Waste of money, especially when you go with brand new Z370 chipset MoBo.

Better get e.g this:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K 3.7 GHz 10-Core Processor ($244.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard ($239.99 @ B&H)
Total: $484.97

Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

MoBo supports DDR4, so you can use your RAM at it's fullest. Heck, it supports up to 5333 Mhz RAM and 13th gen CPUs as well,
specs: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-Z790-P-WIFI-DDR4/Specification

CPU is also solid and can be OCd, if need be,
i5-8500 vs i5-12600K comparison: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-8500-vs-Intel-Core-i5-12600K/m447884vs4120

You can also go with your Cryorig CPU cooler, which is enough to cool 12th gen Core i5 at stock clocks. And maybe even perhaps for little OC as well.

And all that, is ~200 bucks cheaper than the brand new Asus Z370 MoBo i found, at ~675 bucks.

Btw, what is your PSU make and model?

Only the Z boards support XMP for 8th gen. On a B board the RAM will run at 2666Mhz. The performance difference though is small, it's nothing game changing. This would not be the most efficient use of money if performance is the goal.
