NZXT Source 220 has clearance for CPU cooler upto 160mm. CM Hyper 212 Evo has height of 159mm. this cooler can be fitted in this case and it is compatible with the mobo.

This is High profile RAM but it will fit with the CPU cooler as there are only two of these sticks being used by the OP.
