Does a GTX 1050 ti fit in my B75MA-P45 motherboard?

Yes they are compatible, the B75MA-p45 has a x16 PCIe Slot, which will accomodate for the GTX 1050Ti.
Also obviously depends on the rest of your rig how well it all fits together.

it is more of case issue Check if your case have enough clearance. then it will fit and check if that mother board suppots it ?
Looking at specs i am pretty sude there should not be any issue in support
