Which model of the Zotac GTX1060 are we looking at?
You should look at DDR4-3200Mhz ram kits for your Z270 platform.
Where are you located? You can get a better cooler than the Coolermaster Hyper 212.
You also forgot to include the make and model of your PSU.

No power supply is listed so can't say about that (don't buy cheap garbage here)
Everything should work I would buy 3000 speed memory.
The i5 8600K gives better performance for a lower price. No hyper threading but 6 real cores.
