[SOLVED] Does it make sense to use Radeon Anti-Lag below 60 fps?

I can't spot the difference on and off at around 45-50 fps. How does it really work actually?

If I remember correctly, it works in games that need more GPU power by making the CPU work at a similar rate with the GPU, reducing the cpu effort so it would run somewhat in tandem.

That results in less input lag, or in real world, how fast a click on the mouse or a keystroke is seen in the monitor. It works only for directx 9 and 11 though.
