i want to buy an nvidia video card and i want to know if there is the difference between the manufacturers ex: zotac,EVGA etc.

Different manufactures make different coolers and some have non reference PCBs, so it does make quite a large difference in quality and service.

ASUS, EVGA, and MSI are at the top of my list for Nvidia.

isn't Gigabyte all so a good manufacturer?

I would say its about tier 2. Some of their models run warm and loud. If you can I would get one of the 3 I listed, if you can gigabyte cards are good, but not quite the same quality.
