Does it matter what kind DDR4 ram i buy for my Sabertooth X99?

what kind of ram should i invest in, 8GB, 16GB?

You can pick out just about any brand for your ram in fact you could look into an aesthetically pleasing yet cheap DDR4 kit for your board. If they are available on your end you can try and purchase Klevv rams.
