Does it matter what way around a radiator goes?

I just installed my very first water cooler, ( a Corsair Hydro Series H75). In the installation booklet, on the diagram, it showed the cooler with the pipes at the bottom of the radiator. As does it show on the front of the box. When installing I realised that orientating it this way twisted up the pipes and it looked as though it would fit much better the other way. Would it be okay to turn it the other way around?

You never know with these AIO units if they properly bled all the air out. Certainly try it. If it sounds like the pump is cavitating, then change orientation.

Thanks for the reply, if some how it managed to break from being turned around, would it still be covered by the warranty?

lol yeah. I don't think you will break it though, and it's really hard to prove it if you did. My friend broke a switch on his H100i and they replaced for free anyway.
