Does it matter which chip I put in slot 1? Both are different sizes

Okay so I have 6gb of ddr3 1333mhz ram. 1 being a 2gb and 1 being a 4gb. I believe they are both 9 9 9 24. The sticker on the 4gb chip says CL 9 9 9 24 but the 2gb just says CL 9.

My mobo has 2 slots for dual channel and Im just wondering if it makes a differance which chip I put into the 1st slot.

CPU-AMD A8 5500K
GPU- GTX 750 1gb
MOBO- BIOSTAR A55ML2
Memory- 6gb ddr3 1333mhz
PSU- Logysis 480w (piece of crap)
WIN- Windows 10 Home 64bit

Shouldn't matter but as you have only two, try both ways, whatever to get them to run in dual channel.
