does it matter which connector string from PSU you connect drives to?

I have a Kentek 450 Watt PSU that I want to install in a computer. it has 3 strings of connectors besides the 20/24 pin ATX connector. One of the strings contains just the 12 Volt ATX connector. The other string contains the connector for the Floppy drive, plus 4 pin Molex, and SATA connectors. The third one contains 4 pin Molex and SATA Connectors.
The computer will be running an IDE Hard Drive, a Floppy, and a SATA DVD/CD-RW ROM combo.
Does it matter which string the DVD/CD-RW Rom, and HDD are connected to? Or do I have to make sure that both are on the same string? If needed I also have extension adaptors.
Any advice /suggestions are appreciated.

Check the label

A single rail will only have 1-12volt amp rating.

A 2 rail will have 2-12volt amp rating.

A 3 rail will have 3-12v amp rating, and so on.

Not to be confused with the 12volt aux power that is less than an amp
I doesn't mater, at all.

The only situation like that is with multi rail power supplies, and video cards.
Drives don't draw enough power to be concerned with the rare multi rail situation.

Edit
If it is a single rail power supply, it can't mater for video cards either.
