Hey Guys I am planning to but Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 My question is does it require EXTERNAL CHARGING??? And will it come with DVI to VGA connector???

If by "external charging" you mean additional power via a 4-or-6 pin connector from the PSU, then no, this particular model does not look like it has any extra power connectors.
