Ok so I want to get this card:

But i don't know if my Motherboard supports PCIe 2.1:

It just says;

Expansion Slots: 1 x PCIe x16, 1 x PCIe x1, 2 x PCI

yes, as long as you have a PCI-E x16 slot on your motherboard, any PCI-E x16 video card will work, regardless of the rev (2.0, 2.1, 3.0, etc...)

oh so 2.0, 2.1 would just mean that it's a newer version or that it's faster?

yeah, PCI-E 2.1 is a bit faster than 2.0 and 3.0 is faster than 2.1

Basically whatever was the latest for PCI-E (1.0, 2.0, 2.1, etc...) when your motherboard was manufactured, that's what the motherboard got but it will support any PCI-E x16 video card.
