I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

A 650W can run it and , no it won't be using all the power. Make it a decent 650W.

Hi, thanks for the reply, is this 650w psu good also?

Your list will work just fine.

I have one suggestion:
I really like air cooling better in a good case like yours.
A noctua NH-D15s will cost half as much:
https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D1...d=1552166920&s=electronics&sr=1-1-spons&psc=1
It will cool equally well, be quieter, require no maintenance, be easier to install and...
It will not leak.

FWIW:
MY build process:

Before anything, while waiting for your parts to be delivered, download
and read, cover to cover your case and motherboard manual.
Buy a #2 magnetic tip philips screwdriver.
I find it handy to buy a power switch like this for testing.
https://www.ebay.com/p/4in1-PC-Powe...or-Computer/631889283?iid=142232821294&chn=ps

1. I assemble the critical parts outside of the case.
That lets me test them for functionality easily.
A wood table or cardboard is fine.
2. Plug in only the necessary parts at first. Ram, cpu, cooler, psu.
Do not force anything. Parts fit only one way.
Attach a monitor to the integrated motherboard adapter if you have one, otherwise to the graphics card.
  1. If your motherboard does not have a PWR button, momentarily touch the two pwr front panel pins with a flat blade screwdriver.
  2. Repeatedly hit F2 or DEL, and that should get you into the bios display.
  3. Boot from a cd or usb stick with memtest86 on it. memtest will exercise your ram and cpu functionality.
  4. Install windows.
  5. Install the motherboard cd drivers. Particularly the lan drivers so you can access the internet.
Do not select the easy install option, or you will get a bunch of utilities and trialware that you don't want. Drivers only.
  1. Connect to the internet and install an antivirus program. Microsoft security essentials is free, easy, and unobtrusive.
  2. Install your graphics card and driver if you tested with integrated graphics.
You will need to remove the graphics card later to install your motherboard in the case.
As a tip when screwing the motherboard into the posts, give the screw a small counterclockwise turn until you feel a click.
That lets you know that the screw will engage properly.
Make a note of how the graphics card latches into the pcie slot.
The mechanism will be hidden under the card and may be difficult to work if you have not previously checked how.
  1. Update windows to currency.
  2. Only now do I take apart what I need to and install it in the case.
  3. Now is the time to reinstall your graphics card.

To venture a guess, 400w.
Your graphics card will be the main power draw.
With an 8 and a 6 pin connector, the max draw will be 300w.
Perhaps 100w for the processor and the rest is minor.
Don't forget your monitor.
Hi thanks for the reply! I might go for that cooler but I have a question, do you have any better air cooler that’s under $120 and that’s not brown since brown doesn’t really fit my theme.

What is your theme?

One can buy a fan for the NH-D15s like this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07655KF5...omax.Black.swap Premium-Grade Quiet 140mm Fan

Other good dual tower vans are the be quiet dark rock pro 4.
https://www.amazon.com/quiet-BK022-...prefix=be+quiet+dark+r,electronics,154&sr=1-1

Cryorig H1 ultimate:
https://www.amazon.com/Cryorig-Ulti...ate&qid=1552316773&s=electronics&sr=1-1-fkmr0

Phanteks PH-14PE which comes in different colors:
https://www.amazon.com/PHANTEKS-PH-...eks+PH-TC14PE,electronics,159&sr=1-1-fkmrnull

Thermalright silver arrow. It might come with different color fan:

https://www.amazon.com/Thermalright...=thermalright+,electronics,148&sr=1-3-catcorr

The common theme with all these coolers is a 140mm fan and dual cooling towers.
