I was searching for over 3 months to find the perfect monitor for me. I want the best monitor with 1920x1080 resolution i can buy, so i searched with G-sync 144hz. After some search i found Asus ROG Swift PG248Q is the best choice for me, the problem is it's TN panel and i can't find any IPS panel monitor with G-Sync even with 144hz. I have GTX 1070 but i don't even get 70+ fps in Ultra most of the games, so i want to buy 1920x1080 because i want fluency more than quality. I'm really confused about what monitor should i buy. I don't have so much money, most expensive monitor i can buy with this money is PG248Q. I'M so so confused and i need someone help deciding this.

Solution
Only IPS 144Hz G-Sync screens are
Asus PG279Q
Acer XB271HU
AOC Agon AG271QG
(Apart from some ultawide, 34'' & viewsonic screens)

However if you can't max games @1920x1080 with more than 100 FPS there's something wrong with your setup.

ASUS PG279Q seems good, but can be too expensive for me. I only occured fps problems in Rise of the Tomb Raider where i get under 60 fps and Witcher 3 that i get 55 fps full settings.. That's why i want fluency more than quality, it's risky to play game full settings with 2K resolution, i don't want to see anything under 60 fps.

Well, i use i5 6500 but i'm thinking of buying new AMD processors, contacted to Nvidia support about this and they said this was about processor too.

This monitor is 1100$ in our country :D Too much tax.
