I am using t(Foxcon H61MXE-V) motherboard for at least 5 years in my PC but i want to change it and buy used P8Z77-V LE PLUS for 38€/45$.

This H61 its really small (i have to bend my sata cables, cant clean easy etc..) and also has 4x SATA II ports but i all of my HDDs are SATA 3 and my SSD cant reach its potential if i use it on sata 2 right? All of the usbs are 2.0 and there are only 4 available on the motherboard.

The Z77 has 6xusbs 3.0 on the mb,2x SATA III ports,4x ram slots....
Does it worth to change my motherboard for these things or shoul i stick to my old mb ?
I think this Z77 was used with overclocked i5 3570k,this motherboard should be good rights, since it was used for Overclocking ?

My pc:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz --Deppcool Gamax 200T
MB: Foxconn H61MXE-V
RAM: Kingston Hyper X Blue 2x4GB (8GB) 1600MHz DDR3
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960IX-OC 2GB GDDR5 (MINI ITX)
HDD: 1TB (2x500GB) Seagate Baracuda Sata III
SSD: Kingston UV400 240GB
PSU: Antec VP450-P (Real power 450w)
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

thx
