Question Does it worth ?

Hey All, i'm trying to build another PC for my work.
I render on corona and it's CPU rendering not GPU so that's is what i'm thinking about and i would love to take some advices.

const components:

1) Corsair spec 6 (mid tower)

2) Corsair 2*16GB 3000MHz

3) 750w 80plus

4) WD 2TB black

I won't buy a GPU but in future will get on

The problem is processor and motherboard... idk which choice i should take?

First: (Threadripper 1950x) with ( Asus ROG STRIX X399-E GAMING Socket TR4 Motherboard) >>>> Cost :17500

Second: (Intel Core I7-8700K Coffee Lake 6-Core 3.7GHz) with (MSI MPG Z390 GAMING Plus Socket LGA 1151) >>>> Cost: 10000

Third: ( AMD RYZEN 7 2700X 8-Core 3.7GHz (4.3GHz Turbo) Socket AM4) with ( Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO WIFI Socket AM4) >>> cost: 9300

Help me or Guide me... i'm saving from 5 years and have money for all choices but I don't want to spend extra money on something i will not use

It will give you a list of parts and tell you what’s compatible, it’s pretty nice to pick out parts that you want.

When running Corona benchmark my 2700X at 4.25GHz all core OC does it in 0.01:53 but with it you need some GPU. That compares well with much more expensive i9 Intel CPUs.
Of the 3 you mentioned only 8700 has an IGPU but is also slower than others. For this job any modern GPU would be enough for starters.

GPU: GTX 1660 OC 6GB
HDD and SSD: WD 2TB black and 970 evo 250GB

what you think of it ?

My current pc is ( i7-4790 with 16 GB ram and GTX 970 and only HHD 1 TB black) ... How far this new build above will help me? like 50% better or big help as 300% ?
