[SOLVED] does leaving my Gaming PC ON and Running 24/7 reduce its lifespan by a lot ?

I have a gaming PC
but I also running a Plex Server on it
so I need to keep it running 24/7
I have that PC since 2 years
I7 6700k and a gigabyte z170x gaming 5
and 4 hdds all Western digital blacks

if I keep it on 24/7 will it break fast ?
is it bad ?
I usually keep my PC on not less than 10 or 12 hours a day .

there were old theories about thermal wear of the solder from repeated cooling and heating cycles but that's all they were.
