Question Does letsbld pre-built pcs come with fans?

Hey, I'm looking to buy a pc at letsbld, and I was wondering: under the slot "cooling", there are two tabs: CPU Cooling and Case Fans. Does this imply that fans dont come with the pc and you have to buy them as well, or do they come with it?

I doubt that a subsidiary or NZXT would sell a computer without case fans. If it does not, then you can get more powerful and silent fans from somewhere else.
