Does life of components depend upon model of motherboard

Hey there everyone well i was confused as that wether it would matter if i get msi h110 gaming motherboard or b150 gaming well i am tight on my budget and i am getting a 1060 or 1070 and a non k processor and i was worried since the components are bit on a high side of the price and i dont think i would be able to get them repaired easily so does motherboard really matter in case of life of components

No, in practical terms your choice of mobo will have no effect the lifespan of your components, other than the lifespan of the mobo itself. The only component I can think of off the top of my head that has real potential to affect the lifespan of other components would be the PSU.

Assuming use of quality components, your single biggest factor in determining component lifespan is thermals. Hot temps will reduce your parts' lifespan more than anything else.
