Hey all,
I'm thinking of building a gaming computer, and was wonder if Mhz matters in RAM. Therefore, I would like to know if having a lower Rpm will have a drastic change in the performance. As this is my first time building a computer, please give me a simple description :)
Thanks!!!

If you are using it for purely gaming, then no, it will not make a big difference at all. 2133/2400/2666mhz is probably good enough to enjoy many games out there. Even with those who use the CPU heavily, you will see little to no increase going up in speed. However, if you are using your computer for multitasking, well that plays a role with that CPU as well. How much and how fast data can get in and out of memory to the CPU will depend on the speed, but again, with most components getting better and better, a high-end memory stick is not necessary for everyday computing.

That's just my three cents.
