i got two F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM 1333mhz and i want more ram so is it ok if i put in two HyperX Savage DDR3 2400MHz 4GB? or will it mess my pc up?

no it should not mess up your pc and you will have to enable XMP in the BIOS to take full advantage of 2400MHz and for that ram to run at that frequency.

You can buy those ram, but it will only use up to what the motherboard would support. Just get some 1600mhz DDR3. Can't find 1800mhz anymore.

2 individual? no. when you buy a pair(2x 4GB), they tested in the factory to make sure it work together.
2 individual usually works but sometime don't.
