on some tablets sometimes there is a offer, office home and student license, also a office 365 subscription for 1 year, but that is a offer made by the tablet manufacturer, not microsoft

usually no laptop, desktop or tablet comes with those two

if you need office, try to buy a home and student license, is the cheapest and that fits more situations

if you just need a office suite, libreoffice is free
