Question Does MSI H310M PRO-VH S1151 PCIE mATX Motherboard supports i3 9100f?

I want to build my first pc with
MSI H310M PRO-VH
i3 9100f CPU
gigabyte gtx 1650 OC 4gb(dual fan) GPU
LG 22mp68vq MONITOR
Seagate maxtor 240GB SATA 2.5 inch 6GB/S SSD
Corsair VS450 PSU
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000 RAM

Are these components compatible for the build? specially that MSI H310 PRO VH motherboard with i3 9100f and gigabyte gtx 1650 4GB.

Yes, the i3 9100f is compatible with that mobo. See here for compatible CPU listing. As for the 1650, it does not require an external power cable and will work in that mobo. Here is a quick review of the 1650 in a few games. Another member will be along shortly to let you know about the quality of the PSU.

i3 9100f requires BIOS version 7B33v15 or higher.

It depends on what version the motherboard ships with. It may need a BIOS update for that CPU.
