does multiplug reduce current flow? if i put a multiplug betwen pc plug and ups without putting other appliance in the same plug so does that reduce flow of current? its because my power cable is american style means rectangular.. and ups cable plugs are indian means rounded.. so does putting the multiplug reduces my current? and also the multiplug is a surge protector so putting in the wall connector too reduces current flow?

not at all.
yes they do reduce the current, but it's such a tiny amount that it doesn't matter. and anyways, your computer's power supply has its own regulator inside to apply the proper voltage to the parts, so... who cares. no harm.

A ballpark figure might be 0.3V drop so it would have to be a borderline bad power supply to matter. Power grid voltage varies by much more.

actually i have to cz indian style is rounded while american is rectangular so the multiplug is acting sort of a converter from us to indian style,, should i continue using it? and is there anything to be tensed?

If an adapter is reducing current, then it gets hot. GearUp's numbers apply. That 0.3 volt drop due to current restriction is so close to zero that a hand should feel no heat. No electronics problems also for reasons he has provided. No heat; no problem.
