I recently build a new PC i got 1 TB HDD [ no SSD ]
so my partitions are
C Drive -------> 500GB
D Drive ------> 250GB
E Drive ------> 250GB

im currently installed games, software's like Photoshop ,after effect , illustrator everything in C drive
D drive for work and E for multimedia stuffs

reason i got big C drive is for installing new software/ games and enough memory for rendering/ Photoshop work

so is it a perfect setup ?

Hey there, jai360!

USAFRet is right, the best setup would be to have more than one HDD in your system.
Using such demanding applications like Adobe software would definitely result in the performance and speed of the hard drive.
Keeping in mind that this is one hard drive, the partitions might be handy for you to manage but they are still going to take most of the capacity of the drive. The fuller the HDD, the poorer the performance.

If you intend to stay with this one HDD, I'd suggest to have multiple backups on more than 1 external devices.
This way you would make sure the data stays safe in case of failures.

Hope this was helpful! :)
