Does my Amd Athlon X4 559 bottleneck my gtx 960 2gb?

When I play Arma 3 i get around 20fps standard settings at 1080p. Overwatch goes from 30-80fps with an average of 55fps. Bf4 runs anywhere from 40-60 fps depending on the map.

I have 12gb of ram.

500w power supply.
