1. What is the exact model of your GTX 1060 3gb SDRR5 192bit video card?
2. Did you plug the 6-pin power connector from your power supply into the GTX 1060?
3. What version of Windows do you use? Make sure you are downloading the video drivers to match your version of Windows.

The writing in your original post is not completely clear to me but are you saying;

When you first installed your new card, Microsoft loaded basic display drivers, and your computer was working.
Then when you were in Windows you tried to update the GTX 1060 drivers, Window found new drivers for your card, but the attempt to update failed. Is that correct?

ok when i put gtx 1060 on my pc was working then i go to check my pc not found some new drivers for my card gtx 1060 it only say Microsoft basic display adapter

I'm still not clear what your saying. Is the card working with the Microsoft basic display adapter, or are you not getting any video signal. In other words, can you use the computer with the GTX 1060, or can you not use the computer at all?

If you can use it with the Microsoft basic display adapter, try letting Windows update the drivers again and see if it works this time. If it doesn't, go to the Zotac support page, download the drivers and try to update the divers yourself.

If that doesn't work, then this video card is probably not compatible with your motherboard, so just return it for something else.
