I took the i5 4670K for it's price / performance over the i7 4770K. And not many games benefit from 4+ threads (games like BF4 and Crysis 3 benefit from it but i don't know what you'll be playing).
 


Believe me once you try FullHD you'll newer come back to 720p, i also had 1280x1024 monitor and after change my old or even 720p monitor looks crappy!
 


Your build is cheaper but You've selected pricey parts! :na:

OP do you want too upgrade your build later on?
 


It has enough amps on 12v rail but it's still 550W while nvidia requires 600W and it's not good to run your PSU at 80~90% of full load!
Also are sure that not certified PSU will run good without problem with stability?

It's 80+ Bronze right? It's always better to get Gold but it should suffice.
Nvidia thinks you overclock the *beep* out of every part in your system.

With CPU and GPU at load it will need about 300~350w (NO OVERCLOCK) and full it will run @ about 400~450w.
But you can't upgrade to a 2nd in SLI. So thats why i asked the OP if he wanted to upgrade his system later down the road.

Since nvidia's 800 series is bound to be released in 2015 the 700 series will become cheaper by the end of the year. So its a nice moment for getting a 2nd one for SLI. But thats for the OP to decide. :p (not sure about the release date though)

Also @ OP: Get a 1080p monitor. Saved you some money with the build for one. :p

I am not sure about the 4gb vram version of the 770. That one might need a better / higher PSU (600w) then the standard 2gb vram.

And yes. Though he won't be able to do a beast OC like 4.5+ Ghz (the i5 4670K is a poor OC'er so it probably won't get higher then 4.1ghz). But he should still be able to get it to 4.0ghz without overloading the PSU with huge peaks.

My suggestion: do a light OC (3.8ghz~) also because of the cooler.

Semi modular (mostly) means the Mobo and the CPU cables can't be switched out for different cable.
Full means you can switch every cable of the PSU.

Since you need the CPU and Mobo cable anyway Semi modular is not a bad choice. :p

And look for 80+ Bronze certificate atleast. Any lower = bad PSU.
