Does my computer have a PCI-E?

I want to buy a gtx 660 for my computer but I want to make sure my comp can handle it and if it's even possible to insert or not.

Computer Specs

Intel ( R ) Core ( TM ) 2 DUO CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz, 3.17 GHz
Ram ( 4 GB, 3.46 usable )
32 bit operating system

That's not enough info, to tell you for sure. What we need is the make and model of the motherboard, thy type of case and the power supply. Is it a pre-build PC from a known brand?

According to the specs, their is only one low-profile PCIe x16 free. I don't think, you will find a gtx660 low profile card and even then the PSU would be a problem.
