Does my computer have any "known" bottlenecks?

So, I've been wondering for a long time about the performance to cost of my computer. Last summer I upgraded my GPU form a XFX Radeon HD 7870 to a Sapphire Radeon R9 290 with the Tri-X Cooling, tho the performance of my computer did not increase very much.

(HwCompare should be an more or less accurate for the performance difference in the stockcards. My Sapphire has a higher core clock than the stock card)

My setup is a watercooled AMD FX-8320 @ 4.5GHz, 16GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz, ASUS Crosshair V Formula, Sapphire Radeon R9 290 and a Corsair AX 760W PSU.
TL;DR: CPU-Z Results

I'll try to answer any questions you might have to my setup and experiences with it as fast as possible :)

Your Pc is absolutely fine no bottlenecks.

Well I ran my computer through 3DMark 11 today and got an average of about 20fps through all the tests at 1080p on performance mode. My rig cost me about $1800 :/

As i am not "fluent" in 3DMark i am not sure how to produce the same benchmark that they have used, tho after running the "Basic Extreme 1920x1080 with a heavy load suitable for high-end gaming PCs." i get a 3DMark 11 Score of x4156 (Graphics 3889, Physics 6633, Combined 5054 Here is a pic of the 3DMark window). Will run steams Star Swarm stress test to see what results they yield.

EDIT:
So i ran two Star Swarm stress tests, one with Mantle, and one with Direct X.

Bro did the gpu lags in gaming???
