DOES my computer is ready for NEXT GEN gaming please answer me

RAM- CORSAIR VENGEANCE 4GB 1600MHZ*2(8GB)
COOLER- CM TX3 EVO COOLER
HARD DISK- WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB @7200RPM
DVD- SAMSUNG DUAL LAYER
CABINET- CM ELITE 311 WITH FANS(1 INTAKE & 2 EXAUST)
MONITOR- DELL S2240L 21.5 1920*1080
Now i want to know that whether my rig is suitable for next gen gaming and equivalent to ps4.and i cannot upgrade anymore so can i do anything with overclocking!!!!!!

it's a decent setup, you wont be maxing out new games, but you be able to play them just fine

Hardware wise it's equivalent, but since games for ps4 will be way more optimized than pc games, you won't be able to play in the same quility as the ps4, rather lower

Stick with what you have and upgrade your graphics card when new ones release. You could probably do with an extra 4 GB RAM first though, BF 4 recommends 8 GB.

You have a 21 inch monitor, so lower your resolution to 1600x1050 or something like that and you will do just fine for the next 3 years.

I think you will be down to medium settings before 3 years is up buy really its anyones guess. I think it likely based on what games developers have neen saying that games will start to use more video RAM maybe more than most current cards even have so I would suggest a graphics cards upgrade in maybe a year or whe you find you cannot play games on the settings you want.
