Does my cpu bottleneck my gpu?

I have an intel core 2 duo e7500 2.93 ghz and a ati 6670 1gb GDDR5 . Does it bottleneck it? If it does would a cpu overclock help?

That's a relatively balanced system. Overclocking would help.
