does my intel d975xbx2 support intel E5700 processor. In manufacture website this motherboard can support E6400 but E5700 is not in list

No. 975x chipset does not officially support 45nm CPUs. While 3rd party manufacturers such as ASUS and Gigabyte validated 45nm operation on 975x on their own (even 1333 FSB ones which require overclocking), Intel made your motherboard and they would rather you paid them again for a newer motherboard or at least the chipset.
