Does my intel P45 has BIOS or UEFI??

I recently bought 4tb SSHD and i already have windows 7 in my Toshiba 500gb HDD.
I recently learned that to install the HDD with more than 2 TB and partition it, GPT is better than old MBR one.
I also set up seagate disk wizard in my HDD and I want to use my 4TB as a storage and for backup. I tried to check whether my system is BIOS or UEFI, i cannot find it!!

Q No. 2 can I install and partion my new 4TB SSHD as GPT and use it as storage and backup if my System is BIOS?

depend did you build the computer or is it a prebuild
first one would be go to the motherboard manufacturer website
second would be go the the prebuild manufacturer website
