I want to have no chipset to reduce latency when connecting a GPU to the NVME slot currently occupied by a B+M key intel optane 16gb 3d Xpoint PCIe 3.0 x2. Thanks!
If i power the GPU with 2x 8 pin directly to the board then I can leave my riser unpowered right?
Also can Battlefield and Valorant make use of 100% NTSC gamut ?

I'd advise on staying away from contraptions of that nature. As it stands that laptop has flimsy construction whereby the bottom panel and top(palm rest) are a clamshell design to hold the hinges. If you use a contraption to have an external GPU on a laptop(which defeats the purpose of the laptop in the first place) you can and will cause damage to the laptop over time.

That's also dictated by the laptop maker, not upon an end-users decision.
