Does my laptop support ssd?

My laptop has a TOSHIBA MQ01ABF050, i feel like it does support ssd but i also feel like it doesnt support ssd. I need some help about this.

you have only reported your Toshiba hard disk details not laptop make & model

in most cases a 2.5" SATA SSD will replace a 2.5" SATA hard disk

in a few cases there is room for 2 hard drives and in some cases you can get a 2.5" hard disk tray which fits in the DVD optical drive slot
