Does my Mobo + CPU support this RAM

I'm currently running:

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P
CPU: AMD FX-6350 Black Edition
RAM: Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz 8GB

However, recently my RAM has pretty much been maxed out when playing games, so i've been wanting to upgrade to 16GB. So i've spent the past hour or so researching different stuff. (As i know pretty much nothing about PC building).
I do have a better understanding, but thought it would be best to ask.

I found this:
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB(2x8GB) 240-Pin.
Which seemed pretty good for the price. (Found cheaper elsewhere, but just linked for specs)


But read somewhere that my CPU wouldn't support more than 1866 MHz.
While some say it does support higher, which confused me a bit.

Your motherboard supports upto 1866MHz speed for memory and not more than that.
Don't pay 195$ for it, way much overpriced.
You could easily get it around 100-120$.
