Does my mobo need a 4 pin chasis fan connector?

I'm buying this case. It includes two 120mm fans. Would I be able to connect them to this or this mobo, since they don't have 4 pin chasis fan connectors, like this one for example.

Would this ram run on 1866MHz on any of those mobos?

Which of those three motherboards would you recommend for me? Other components I'm buying are:
i5-4460
GTX 960
HyperX FURY 2x4GB 1866MHz CL10
Samsung 850 EVO
Antec 550W VPF550
I was thinking about going for the hd3 since it's the cheapest.

Both motherboards have in 5 total 4-pin connectors, though the hd3 has one connector that is a 3-pin. In regards to the ram, there shouldn't be any problem for either motherboard.
