[SOLVED] Does my monitor support 120hz on my PS5?

I finally got a PS5, and its been great. However, I'm having this problem where I cant get it to work on 120hz. My monitor is an AOC G2460P and does support 144hz. I'm not sure if its because I don't have the right HDMI port, I'm using the one that came with the PS5. Also whenever i check my monitor settings to see what hz its set at, its locked at 60hz. I use a Display Port for my PC and it works fine at 144hz. Does my monitor just not support 144hz on an HDMI? or do i have to get a different HDMI cord? Is there an adapter i can purchase that goes from HDMI to DP? Any help is appreciated!
Also its not because the game I'm playing doesn't support 120hz. I checked and COD: Cold War is one of the games that 120 hz is available on the PS5.

Does this get me to 120hz? or just 4k 60hz? Also will the stock HDMI that comes with the PS5, will that work or do i need to get a new one?

That will give 1080p 120 Hz. You can use any HDMI cable.
