Question Does my motherboard (Asus Z97-K) support lga1151 and ddr4?

My cpu is intel i5-4690k but my gpu is the rtx 2060 super armor 8gb which means i have a huge bottleneck.
i need help trying to find a cpu thats compatible with my motherboard.
 
Really depends on what you do. The current general consensus is if you're only gaming then Intel is the way to go; more than gaming then AMD is recommended. I would favour the Ryzen 5 3600 at this current time. Perhaps something along these lines:

Intel-wise it would be along the lines of the i5-9400 or i5-9600 variants. Randomly, as it's been a while I've looked at the Intel side of things (and others can do it better):

The CPU cooler cost does skew the pricing a bit, but the i5-9600KF doesn't include a cooler apparently.
