does my motherboard DH55TC support Gainward NVIDIA 1GB DDR3 GF210 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card ;Asus AMD/ATI HD 5450 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card; Asus AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card i'm having a 4gb ram, intel i3 processor. will it be a good processor for me i will be just working in photoshop and watch hi resolution videos
what would suggest the cost should be below $40

Do you have any open expansion slots? For less than $40 you aren't going to get much. Only the GF210 meets your price point, while the others are a few dollars higher. They will all work but may lag some at higher resolutions with your current CPU and ram.
