hey i have this mobo ASUS B150M-A, Socket-1151
and wan to now if i can put a ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 980 TI Gaming 6GB
or a (prefere this 1 ) MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6GB ? in it (the ASUS B150M-A, Socket-1151)
qustien nummber 2.
or shuld i just spend the extra money and buy this mobo ?
MSI B150 Gaming M3, Socket-1151 and will that fit the MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6GB?

i will try to build my own pc so im new :) to this :) and dont want to mess up

The corsair VS series are bad, get a GOOD tier 1 or 2 power supply from the list I posted.

That i7 you picked is not compatible, you need to get the i7 6700k

if you want a "k" series cpu you need a z170 based motherboard to take full advantage of it's potential



avoid the seagate's


get a western digital blue or black series hard drive



also with a good z170 motherboard you can get a full speed M.2 slot, so drop the regualr 850 ssd


and get a samsung 950 pro

m.2 drive, they are a LOT faster

For example like in this case, meaning of socket 1151 means that only with socket 1151 CPU fits in that MB. It has nothing to do with GPU. Usually the newest MB has PCI-E for GPU. You have to check if your MB has that PCI-E, cause your GPU is pretty new.
