Does my motherboard have enough PCI slots for the GTX 970? Is it compatible?

I was thinking about upgrading my GTX 760 to a GTX 970 lately because I'd like to be able to handle all these next gen games at very high or ultra settings, such as the Witcher 3 or Arkham Knight. I'm not very familiar with how certain hardware parts may fit into a case or motherboard, So I read up on it a bit and found that most of them fit using PCI slots or something, and even that a 970 can work with a PCI gen 2.0.

So what I want to know is:

-Will this work with my motherboard & fit in my case
-If so, since it will be my first time changing a big piece of hardware, should I have a professional do it or do you think It's easy enough

Here's my Motherboard:

Case:

And the GPU I would like:

Just in case, I have an i7 4770 and 16 gb ram

thanks :)

Hey, thanks for replying. Right now I'm using a Corsair CX750M.
When I saw that the GPU wouldn't fit I went looking for more and came across this:

it's a gtx 970 by zotac and it seems to be smaller.
Will this work?
