YES, it should work, but I can't give you 100% assurance. It has one 1 x PCI Express x16 (2.0) slot for the GPU. But is that a PC ? Do you also have a compatible PSU with you ? That board is a bit old though, LGA 1155/Socket H2.
BTW, if I'm not mistaken, this board has a very serious problem when it comes to upgrades, the PCIe slot only outputs 25 watts, not a single watt more and no card of a higher TDP can be installed, no, not even the ones that use PCIe connectors, they will just give you a black BIOS screeen, and the PC will not boot, on that same token, PCIe 3.0 is not supported by the socket (I know it SHOULD be backwards compatible, but it is not, the socket is 2.0 and wont boot with 3.0 cards).
